The Training & Placement Cell assists the students to get placed in reputed organizations. It provides career guidance to the students and trains them on soft-skills to make them job-ready. Many reputed organizations visit ESCET for campus selection. The record of placement of students is quite impressive.

The T & P Cell works closely with industries to bring in frequent and effective interface between the potential employers and students. The cell organizes corporate briefing, employer receptions and annual Career Fairs. It also provides information on full-time and part-time job opportunities, internships and summer placement and conducts Career Development work shops, Mock Interview and GD Sessions and other placement oriented activities. The Cell has a Career information centre and counseling unit. The data base in the centre is updated constantly with the names and addresses of potential employers in India and abroad.
